We want you to be confident buying from ZILOX E-Moto Ltd. This policy applies to physical goods purchased through ziloxemoto.com and does not affect your statutory rights.

Change-of-mind returns

If you buy online, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. After telling us you wish to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

You may inspect the product as you reasonably would in a shop. We may reduce a refund if the goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and function and that handling has reduced their value.

Unless the goods are faulty or we have agreed otherwise, you are responsible for the cost of returning them. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct return instructions and return address.

Refunds

Where a cancellation right applies, we will refund the price paid and the cost of our standard delivery option. If you selected a more expensive delivery service, only the standard delivery amount is refundable where the law permits.

Refunds are normally made to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or receiving evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier where the law requires it.

Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods

If an item is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose, please contact us as soon as possible. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable consumer law are not limited by this policy.

If goods arrive damaged, please keep the packaging where possible and send us photographs so we can resolve the issue quickly.

How to request a return

Email info@ziloxemoto.com with your order number, name and reason for return. Once a return is authorised, we will provide the correct Leicester returns address and return instructions.

Please do not send returns to our registered office in Polegate. The Polegate address is our registered and postal business address, not our returns location.
