For our first retail release, online delivery is currently available to UK addresses only.

Delivery options

FREE Standard UK delivery on orders of £50 or more.

• Standard UK delivery: £4.99
• Express UK delivery: £6.99

Available services and the final delivery charge are shown at checkout before you place your order.

Dispatch

We aim to process in-stock orders promptly, normally within 2 working days. Delivery estimates shown at checkout begin after dispatch and may be affected by weekends, public holidays, carrier delays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If we cannot supply an item or expect a significant delay, we will contact you using the details supplied with your order.

Address accuracy

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. Once a parcel has been handed to the carrier we may not be able to redirect it.

International delivery

We are not currently accepting online orders for delivery outside the United Kingdom. We may introduce additional destinations later once our shipping, tax and product-compliance arrangements are in place.

Returns address

Approved product returns are handled through our Leicester returns address. Please contact us before sending anything back; we will provide the full return address and instructions once your return is authorised. Do not send returns to our Polegate registered office.
