Orders

When you place an order you are offering to buy the goods shown in your basket. We will acknowledge your order electronically. A contract is formed when we accept the order and confirm that it is being processed for supply.

We may refuse or cancel an order before dispatch if a product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing or description error, payment cannot be authorised, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. If we cancel after taking payment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled goods.

Products and descriptions

We take reasonable care to describe products accurately. Images may appear slightly different depending on screen settings and, where clearly stated, some motorcycle imagery may show concept or development specifications. The specification shown on the individual product page at the time of purchase forms part of your order.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling. The checkout will show the product price and any applicable delivery charge before you place the order. Payment must be authorised before dispatch.

Delivery

Our current online delivery area and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy. Unless a different delivery period is agreed with you, we will supply goods within the period required by applicable consumer law.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Your cancellation and return rights are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Nothing in these terms removes or restricts your statutory consumer rights.

Faulty goods

Goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality where required by law. If you believe an item is faulty, contact us at info@ziloxemoto.com and we will deal with the matter in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Installation and use

Where a product requires electrical, mechanical or vehicle installation, follow the supplied instructions and use a competent installer where appropriate. This does not limit liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without removing any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
